When I planned my wedding, the only options were:
1. Plan it yourself and make your mom, sister or mother in law coordinate it all on the day of...
OR
2. Spend half of your budget on a wedding planner.
And I thought, that sucks.
You deserve the same intentional, magical and memory making energy through your wedding planning process as you hope to have on your wedding day. And a small wedding doesn't mean a small to do list.
My role is managing all the little details from planning to afterparty so you can focus on enjoying the big moments.

From the very beginning Liv was the pillar of support I needed to get through my wedding day. She was always there when I needed her, from sitting in and listening to the stories my husband and I had for her, to last minute planning for guest seating. The amount of gratitude I felt during and after wedding day is immeasurable.
Liv went out of her way so many times to ensure everything went smoothly for me. She reached out to many different vendors to assist me with finding those who could fit within my budget. She helped inspire me with different ideas and continued to keep me posted about timelines and communication between vendors. Liv even worked with my family to make sure that the ceremony site and reception site was properly scoped out and had phone conversations on my behalf while I was struggling with an inconsistent work schedule. Liv made sure that this entire process was as stress free for me as possible and she accomplished that in so many ways. Her and her team were very professional, well coordinated and super enthusiastic.
I told Liv that I wanted a medieval/Norse themed wedding and she made she it happened. I wanted people to dress up and have fun and so Liv and her team did just that! I was so overwhelmingly happy and it made it even more fun knowing that they were just as excited as me to have this wedding.
Liv and her team even went out of their way to stay longer than they even needed to, to help with cleanup and ensure I continued to have fun with my friends and family without worry of aftermath.
I'm sure that there is even more I can say but I'll send it with this. If you want to put together a wedding that is unique to you, stress-free, and know that someone has got your back the entire way, then I highly recommend Liv ten thousand times over.

How we have structured this service for your most fulfilling wedding planning experience
Step One
The Initial Meet
You reached out to me and I answered, we set a time to meet virtually or in person, choose a coffee shop, crystal shop, park or plant store! We chat about your vision and goals for your wedding day.
Step Three
The Creation Begins
My ceremonial service couples begin with their "Getting to Know You" Chats, personalized meet ups with guided discussions to help me uncover the unique magick of your love story to best represent it in ceremony.
My Intuitive Wedding Coordination couples begin with their Orientation of Goals and first month's planning guide.
Step Five
The Grounding
My ceremonial service couples experience a read through of their ceremony, either full or partial (couple's choice) and are provided resources for ritual structure, article obtainment etc.
My Intuitive Wedding Coordination couples are provided resources for structure, inventorying and a personalized plan for preserving intentional moments throughout their wedding day. Day of timeline, floor plans and details packet and final preparation for the wedding day.
Step Two
You Have Options
I provide you a proposal for ceremonialist (officiant) services, for intuitive wedding coordination services OR for both and you consider it with your honey. I always recommend at least 3 days to feel it out and ensure we are the best choice for one another!
Step Four
The Journey
My ceremonial service couples complete their 3-5 "Getting to Know You" Chats, and are provided an estimated date for their ceremony script delivery.
My Intuitive Wedding Coordination couples experience monthly re-orientation meetings, continued planning support and the remaining 2-10 months planning guides.
Step Six
The Day Of
My ceremonial service couples meet one another in ceremony, with their kindly officiant presiding, their rings, vows, handfasting cord all in her care, ready to say I do.
My Intuitive Wedding Coordination couples receive prior to ceremony coordination of their celebration event, vendor management, chaos dissolution and detailed decoration and design, then meet one another in ceremony. And receive after ceremony coordination through dinner, dances, speeches and send off!

My packages are priced to honor the amount of care and professionalism that I and my team bring to each wedding. They are non-negotiable. However, I hope you will find, they are fair.

Pricing on this page include fees for planning assistance, day-of coordination and travel within 50 miles roundtrip of my home by car. Additional travel and overnight fees apply to venues outside this radius.
