Travel Details
I’m available to travel for ceremonies across the country and internationally. Because travel requires time, presence, and preparation, not just on the day of your ceremony, but before and after, the travel fee is separate from the ceremonialist fee.
​
Travel costs reflect actual expenses and time required for travel so I can arrive rested, grounded, and fully present for your celebration.
​
Here’s how travel pricing works:

"Soft" travel quotes are provided with your ceremonialist service proposal, actual travel quotes are issued no later than 120 days prior to your ceremony date, with a Flex Clause allowance, allowing you, at that time, to choose to forgo the travel fee and relinquish my physical presence at your ceremony, and convert to a Mentorship package.

Most (state to state) travel costs fall between $980 – $1,500 USD, depending on location, timing, and logistics.

Most International Travel Quotes fall between $2,800 - $4,300 USD depending on location, timing, and logistics.

Travel expenses may include airfare, lodging, ground transportation, meals, and any necessary rest/recovery time.

Travel quotes are well documented, once signed and the travel fee invoice deposit is made, I do not make changes to actual travel quotes.

My goal with this structure is simple: to honor the sacredness of your day and the integrity of the time it takes to get there with full presence and care.

Ceremonies that are local vs. out of town differ not just in distance but in:

• Days surrounding often no longer available for other couples to book
• Logistics and Planning

• Out-of-state and International destinations: travel costs include airfare + hotel + ground transport + meal allowance
• Regional travel: mileage (+ hotel + meal allowance if commute is further than 4 hours round trip from my home.)
My Process
My aim is that when you walk down that aisle, you will see the love of your life and right beside him/her a friend. Someone you trust. Someone who knows (just a little bit) and values ( a whole lot) the power of this moment for the two of you.

My process involves 3-5 meetings, via video chat or in person during which we get to know each other. They are specially tailored to get to know all the special things about you and your sweetheart from your inside jokes to favorite foods to cook together and shows to binge.
​
I always structure our meetings to be welcoming, like a conversation not an interview. And while I do ask some deeper level questions from time to time, my goal is not to counsel or criticize you or your love story. You love each other and you want to be together and you don't need anyone else to tell you when, how and where is the right time to make that decision. I genuinely love to get to know my couples and have, on more than one occasion, come out the other side with a true friendship.
