It's a person to find the florals, build the arches, brief the photographer, coordinate the communications, research the permits, decorate the tables, stop and start the music, fix the bustle, manage the timeline, work around the weather etc. It's a person on the ground doing all the little things so you don't have to. Micro-weddings & elopements up to 50 guests.

We start by reviewing the vendor contracts and discuss and create a timeline. I obtain contact information from you for all vendors and your venue.
I will be the point of contact for everyone who is involved in making the day happen.
I will help create a schedule for you and your honey, help find places to stay, fun spots to eat afterwards and book any reservations.
I will ensure there is an order of events and MC the whole thing so your vendors know exactly what is going on and there are no awkward transitions!
If I am not also your officiant, I will be sure to discuss with the officiant the order for the ceremony.

My prices are built with the amount of care and professionalism that I bring to each wedding solidly in mind. They are non-negotiable. However, I hope you will find, they are fair.
Estimates in this chart include fees for planning assistance, rehearsal, day-of coordination and travel (within 2 hours of Denver metro). Additional travel and overnight fees may apply.
