It's a person to find the florals, build the arches, brief the photographer, coordinate the communications, research the permits, decorate the tables, stop and start the music, fix the bustle, manage the timeline, work around the weather etc. It's a person on the ground doing all the little things so you don't have to. Elopements, micro-elopements & micro-weddings up to 80 guests.

Once we have an idea of what package works for your needs, we will put together your custom contract. After you are booked, we start by reviewing the vendor contracts, vision board, research and purchase, design and discover, and discuss and create a timeline.

I obtain contact information from you for all vendors and your venue as I will be the point of contact for everyone who is involved in making the day happen.

I will help create a schedule for you and your honey, help find places to stay, fun spots to eat afterwards and book any reservations.

I will ensure there is an order of events and MC the whole thing so your vendors know exactly what is going on and there are no awkward transitions!

If I am not also your officiant, I will be sure to discuss with the officiant the order for the ceremony.

* All packages can be modified to fit the out of state adventure couples.

My prices are built with the amount of care and professionalism that I bring to each wedding solidly in mind. They are non-negotiable. However, I hope you will find, they are fair.

Estimates in this chart include fees for planning assistance, rehearsal, day-of coordination and travel (within 2 hours by car). Additional travel and overnight fees may apply.

 

I specialize in elopements and micro weddings (under 80 guests). If your event is larger, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss options. Packages are customizable. Message me for details.
